The Art Of Napkin Folding
Luigi Spotorno the UK's formost expert on napkin folding, an old friend of Head Chef Phil Brown has teamed up with CookaBoro' Catering & Events.  Luigi will be providing demonstrations and signed copies of his best seller "Luigi's Language Of Napkin Folding"; the book will be available online from our new store which is already in development and will be launched shortly.
